Which program is right for me?
- Blueprint is best if you want structured programming you can follow each day — with strength, skill, conditioning, and progression built in.
- Edge is for those who already have a training plan but want custom “extras” to target weaknesses or level up specific areas.
- Signature is for those who want the highest level of support — a fully personalised training plan built from scratch with ongoing 1:1 coaching.
- Direct is perfect if you’re local to Bibra Lake and want in-person coaching with movement feedback, progress tracking, and technical refinement.
Can I combine programs?
Yes — and many people do.
You can combine Blueprint + Edge for structured daily training plus personalised extras.
Direct can also be layered on top of any plan if you’re training with us in person.
Signature is already fully customised, so no add-ons are needed.
How is everything delivered?
All programming is delivered through the TrueCoach app, where you can:
- View workouts, demos, and notes
- Track your results
- Upload videos for feedback
- Message your coach directly

What if I already follow another training program?
That’s exactly what Edge is designed for. It works alongside your main program — whether it’s CrossFit, strength, functional training, or anything else. You’ll get short, effective custom sessions each week that slot in wherever needed.
What if I only have limited equipment?
No problem.
Blueprint, Edge, and Signature can all be tailored to whatever setup you’ve got — from full gym access to home or commercial gyms. Just let us know your equipment during onboarding.
Is there a lock-in or minimum commitment?
No lock-ins.
All memberships are billed weekly, and you can pause, cancel, or adjust at any time — just give us notice.
We do recommend a minimum of 4 weeks to see meaningful progress and get into rhythm with the system.
Can I get feedback on my lifting or technique?
Yes — with Edge, Signature, and Direct, you can upload videos straight into TrueCoach.
Your coach will review and provide cues, corrections, or reinforcement based on what you need.

While we work with high performers and competitive athletes, ARKARA is built for progression at every level — whether you’re just starting out, getting back into training, or chasing a new goal.
