Your Base Programming - COMING SOON!

Train with structure, progress with purpose. Blueprint is your complete, scalable training plan — covering lifting, gymnastics, CrossFit conditioning, endurance, and more. Built for use in any well-equipped gym, with options for Rx, Intermediate, and Beginner levels.

  • 6 days/week of training
  • 60-90minute sessions
  • Delivered via TrueCoach
  • For athletes who want a complete training system to follow on their own

ARKARA Edge

Custom Extras Program to Add On

Want more? Edge is a personalised add-on program designed to target specific goals — whether that’s skill work, extra lifting, mobility, or endurance. It fits around your main training and is adjusted weekly based on your feedback.

  • 3–5 short, focused sessions/week (around 30 mins each)
  • Built around your existing program
  • Weekly reviews and video feedback via TrueCoach
  • For athletes chasing that “next layer” of performance

Full 1:1 Online Coaching

Our premium coaching partnership. Signature gives you fully personalised programming, ongoing communication, video reviews, and coaching support every step of the way.

ARKARA Direct

In-Person Coaching at RFX / Roar Active (Bibra Lake, WA)

Train with us face-to-face. Direct coaching offers high-touch, focused sessions that blend technical development, pacing strategy, and movement quality — delivered right here at our home base.

  • 1:1 or small group coaching
  • Optional integration with online programming
  • For anyone who thrives with real-time coaching, eyes on movement, and in-person accountability
